  • For over two decades I have been supporting business owners, entrepreneurs and senior teams through their challenges. It might be motivating teams, re-inventing their business, becoming employee owned or setting and executing strategy. 

    I have worked in established businesses, family businesses (I grew up in several), start-ups, retail, corporate, tech, hospitality, engineering, etc.

    I spent much of the 80’s and 90’s at the cutting edge of the high tech sector in both London and Silicon Valley, California In almost every aspect of product companies from retail to corporate with giants like IBM or Oracle to startups and Venture Capital backed companies.
